Service and operator

These terms cover the ctrl payments hosted monitoring dashboard and read-only ChatGPT integration operated by Narayana, Inc. Questions and support requests can be sent to support@ctrlpayments.com. The dashboard requires a ctrl payments account and authorized workspace membership. The ChatGPT integration additionally requires explicit read-only consent.

Permitted use

Use the integration only for workspaces and information you are authorized to access and share. You are responsible for your account, the information you submit and any authority you exercise for an organization. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, access another user’s data without authorization, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.

Evidence and limitations

The integration lists workspaces, reads payment history and receipts, reports recorded effects and rule-based agent signals, and shows connector status. It cannot move money, issue refunds, approve held payments, change refund limits or policy, or retrieve payment credentials and full card numbers.

Results describe evidence synchronized by your existing deployment. Missing evidence does not prove an event never happened; a heartbeat does not establish current rail health. A policy decision and a recorded effect state describe different facts. Receipt-chain verification does not run during an integration request. Check the original records and payment provider before making consequential decisions. ChatGPT-generated summaries can contain mistakes.

Accounts, fees and separate services

The integration has no purchase, subscription checkout or upgrade flow and adds no ChatGPT-specific charge. Website subscriptions are separate from the integration and are initiated only when a workspace owner completes Stripe-hosted checkout. Hosted Monitoring has a launch price of USD 49 per month per workspace, with 10,000 recorded production actions per calendar month and unmetered test data. Ingestion pauses at the included allowance; no automatic overage charge applies. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled through Settings → Billing, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the paid period. The optional free preview includes 300 recorded production actions per calendar month and unmetered test data, without a card. Creating an account or connecting an evidence source does not start a paid subscription. Separate Business/Enterprise agreements control those services. OpenAI’s terms govern your use of ChatGPT. These terms do not authorize Narayana, Inc. or ChatGPT to initiate a payment on your behalf.

Refunds

You can request a full refund of a workspace’s first Hosted Monitoring subscription payment by emailing support@ctrlpayments.com within seven days of that payment. Later subscription payments are not voluntarily refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time. You can cancel renewal through Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Any refund rights or remedies required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Privacy and ending access

Our privacy policy explains the information processed by the integration. You can disconnect it in ChatGPT. To request account or workspace deletion or server-side access revocation, contact support@ctrlpayments.com; we verify your identity and authority and handle requests manually.

We may restrict access when needed to address abuse, compromised accounts or service security. Access also depends on workspace membership and the availability of ctrl payments and its providers.

Availability and applicable rights

The service and synchronized evidence can be delayed, interrupted or incomplete. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, complete payment coverage or the accuracy of a generated interpretation. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. A separately signed service agreement controls where its provisions conflict with these integration terms.
